Halloween Break the Targets Mugen Tournament

The Break the Targets concept was an idea for a tournament I had for years, but never actually executed the idea due to better ideas taking priority. As you can tell my uploads have been rather dookie. So that plus heath hasn't really been great either IRL, I decided to take it easy and do a more joke gimmick tournament for Halloween while still keeping it a cheap tourney like I've done for years. It isn't super Halloween themed sadly though. The whole gimmick is that instead of fighting their opponents directly, each character will fight break the targets and whoever of the two has the highest score is the one that wins the match and advances. Totals do not carry over as that would give certain characters too much of a lead. Although I did total it all in the end of the video for funnies. This is a 16 single elimination since I have no idea how fun this will be to watch but if it does well I might do it again in the future. The Timer changes each round as well to help mitigate the repetitiveness. Balancing this is near impossible as I don't even know how. This type of tourney has never been done either (to my understanding) so I cannot even use a reference. At the other hand though, since the Div System is irreverent I can use any character I want including characters that otherwise wouldn't work in a traditional tournament due to either being too defensively strong or gimmicky. I did give a few characters infinite meter as well due to increasing the chaos and helping the underdogs. So I just went with whatever I felt like and watch chaos ensure. Feedback is welcomed.
