Since even before Death Battles controversial take on the matchup, people have been debating this topic back and forth and as time has progressed, the answer in my opinion became more and more clear. This video will not only be explaining why Goku VS Superman Isnt Close but why the matchup was never close to begin with. Son Goku, born Kakarot, is a Saiyan raised on Earth and the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball series. He is the second born, as well as youngest son and child of Bardock and Gine, the husband of Chi-Chi, and the father of Gohan and Goten. Clark began developing various superhuman abilities, such as incredible strength and impervious skin. His adoptive parents advised him to use his powers for the benefit of humanity, and he decided to fight crime as a vigilante. To protect his personal life, he changes into a colorful costume and uses the alias "Superman" when fighting crime. Clark resides in the fictional American city of Metropolis, where he works as a journalist for the Daily Planet. Superman's supporting characters include his love interest and fellow journalist Lois Lane, Daily Planet photographer Jimmy Olsen, and editor-in-chief Perry White, and his enemies include Brainiac, General Zod, and archenemy Lex Luthor. DC Comics is one of the largest and oldest American comic book companies, with their first comic under the DC banner being published in 1937.
