Teen Killed in Pool Party Shooting

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7-20-25 / Just before 12:00 am LOCATION: 15330 Liberty River Dr AREA/CITY: East Harris County DETAILS: HCSO units are investigating a fatal shooting involving teens. There was a pool party of about 25-30 teens, 15-17 years of age, unsupervised at this complex. For unknown reasons multiple shooters shot into the crowd. Three teens were hit, one male 15-16 years of age, was pronounced deceased at the scene. A female, 15 years of age, was transported by ambulance to a local emergency room and then by Life Flight. (on video) The third person, a 15 year old male, was transported to the hospital. One is currently still in surgery. Their conditions are unknown at this time. There may have been weapons located at the scene, but investigators are not going to release that information just yet. They are still very early in their investigation. See SOT for details.
