How to Warm up for Pole & Aerial - A follow along routine to help you take the guess work out of your training. This is a roughly 15 minute warm up routine that will get you warmed up and ready for your pole or other aerial apparatus training session. Keep in mind, if you are planning to work on moves that require additional flexibility for muscle engagement (such as excessively dynamic moves) then I would highly recommend adding on your own movement specific exercises and stretches to this routine. This warm up routine aims to check in with your entire body, warming up your muscles as well as gradually increasing range of motion in preparation for you upcoming training session.
