The mother of the cute Lion Cubs, fathered by Casper The White Lion and his Shish Brothers, decided it was time to introduce the little ones to the world and obviously the cars which they had to get accustom to. The mother, of The Satara Pride, is quite a mature Lioness and it is clear in the video that she has little patience with the hungry cubs...but still she is a wonderful and caring mother as all Lionesses are! Note that the cubs are NOT white - White lions are a rare color mutation of the African lion. They are not albino; they are leucistic, which is lack of dark pigmentation. They get their coloring from a recessive gene known as a color inhibitor. To produce a white lion, BOTH parents must possess the recessive gene.
