Dr. Marmureanu recently visited after 32 years his beloved country, Romania, the place where he was born. On his first day back in the country, he went to ‪@TVRiRO‬ to give an interview and fulfil the promise he made a few months ago when he was invited to the HQ of the most prestigious television in Romania. He talked about the medical school in Romania, how good the teachers and the lessons are and how much these helped him in his career in the US. Furthermore, he discussed his latest invention the "MiCardia Rigid Dynamic Annuloplasty "D" Ring (Ischemic) and how this ring can reduce mitral valve regurgitation. He also shared a few of his passions and hobbies that he learned when he was living in Romania, and told the reporter that he still does them all but at another level.
