Welcome to Episode 2 of my Chasing Profit Series! Today, we will be opening a Vintage Hot Water Theme Deck searching for PSA 10 candidates! Just like with the first video; here's my math for building this profit schematic: The current minimum value of a PSA 10 out of these sets is $40 (40 x 60 = $2400) - $600 ($10/Card PSA Fee) - $100 Paid for Deck = $1700. Always go into it knowing vintage packs DO NOT guarantee 10s. I've received 9s and 8s. I ALWAYS shoot for the minimum when calculating profit. Some cards are valued much higher than $40 as a 10. If prices go up or cards exceed the value then that's a bonus. Base Set 2's PSA 10 population is VERY low for commons/uncommons. There remains very little sales data (if any) for them.
