How I Style My Box Braids

Heyy Loves, these are just a few ways I style my box braids/ Janet/ Solange inspired braids.. Enjoy! Hair: Xpressions Ultra Braid (color 35 or 350) Product: Vigorol Hair Mousse Instagram: @GlitzNGlamIAm Tumblr: @GlitzNGlamIAm FAQ... 1) How many packs of did you use??? I used 7 1/2 packs. I guess it really depends on how long/ thick you want your braids to be but generally you would need about 7 to 8 packs. 2) Where did you purchase your hair?? I actually got the hair (X pression Ultra Braid) from my last visit to Nigeria. However you can also buy it in the states from your local beauty supply store. Check them out though because they may or may not have a variety of colors. I usually only see it in black and brown. I mentioned this specific brand because its quiet different from the ordinary kanekalon hair you'll find in the stores ($1 a piece). X pression Ultra Braid ($5 a piece) is much smoother to the touch and thats what helps to give the braid that sleek finish at the tip. 3) How long did it take to get these done?? I'm guessing about 8hrs. It was a really good friend of mine (Ruth/ @rhemaworship on instagram) who did them for me!
