The goal for these first years was to create a place more in balance with planet earth, to grow my own food and life a more self sufficient life 💛🌱🌸 Sit back and relax by watching my content :) Thank you all so much, subscribe to follow the journey! xx Eugenia ►My Linen Dress: https://2isenough.com/products/patna-... 👩🏽🍳Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Banana Bread Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted) 3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 2/3 cups honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla powder (or extract) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup raw walnuts 1. Mix together the wet ingredients: mashed bananas, coconut oil, eggs, honey and vanilla powder. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients: almond flour, salt and baking soda. 3. Start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ones and beat until batter forms. 4. Toss in the crushed walnuts. 5. Preheat oven at 340 - 350°F / 170°C and bake the banana bread for 45 minutes in a pan (with parchment paper), until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 6. Remove the bread from the pan and allow to cool down completely. 7. Enjoy it!
