Founder of the largest boat service in Sierra Leone talks about business (Episode 62)

Dr Modupe hosts Olusegun Jaji, the Founder and Managing Director of Sea Coach Express; the largest multinational boat service and water taxi company in Sierra Leone. Pioneering the water taxi service in Sierra Leone, Sea Coach Express has expanded into Nigeria and Guinea and planning to expand into The Gambia soon In search of greener pastures with a master’s degree in Finance in Nigeria , Jaji shares his story of how he traveled to the United States and when he couldn’t find work settled to be a parking attendant, with hard work and dedication grew in ranks to become the general manager, he later founded the first black owned parking company in the city of Philadelphia, diversified into real estates. In a fortunate turn of events, he met the vice President of Sierra Leone who later invited him and his friends for a business visit. It was on one of these visits he conceived the idea of Sea Coach Express( formerly called Pelican Water Taxi) to solve an existing problem of people movement by water transport
