I was live in Aba as Governor Alex Otti officially commissioned the reconstructed Ovom Road. For years, this area was a symbol of despair, ravaged by a massive gully erosion that swallowed homes and businesses. In this video, we see the transformation of a "hopeless" 42-metre deep gully into a modern, motorable road using rigid pavement technology. This project, overseen by the Greater Aba Development Authority (GADA), has officially saved the Ovom community from environmental disaster.
