Today, I’m diving into two hidden gems serving up seriously delicious Thai dishes. First stop: Mae Lamphun, a tiny curry rice stall tucked away in an alley behind the market. This place has been feeding hungry locals for over 20 years! I had Yum Pla Tu (a zingy mackerel salad) and Gaeng Kiew Waan (Thai green curry).
