We learn from sources that founders have flagged concerns over various governance issues at the company. They have also questioned the compensation package of its CEO Vishal Sikka and the severance package doled out to its Former Chief Compliance Officer David Kennedy. He believes it's not just Infosys but also companies like TCS, Wipro & Cognizant that must choose the option of a buyback to create value for investors.
