Sharpening a Sloyd Knife Using a Tormek T4, a Hewn & Hone Jig and Wet Dry Sandpaper

This video will show you steps I take to put a hollow grind onto a sloyd knife. The knife I am sharpening was hand sharpened for many years and was quite dull and rounded off, so it was very satisfying to be able to restore it and give it a flat, shaving sharp edge. For this project, I used my Tormek T4 sharpening system, as well as my Hewn & Hone Sloyd Jig. I then finish off the edge on some wet dry sandpaper and then leather strops.
