Since then Ruby has found its way into or onto many major brands that we all know and love, not least, Magnum Ice Cream and Kit Kat. Made from the Ruby cocoa bean, it offers an intense sensorial delight, a totally new taste experience: neither bitter, milky or sweet, but a tension of fresh berry fruitiness and luscious smoothness. Despite its deep pink colour , Ruby chocolate contains no berries, berry flavour or colourings.
