This development was established in 2004 and built on the site that was once the Bailey Nursery. It is boarded by Lake Rd to the North, Stonemill Farms to the East, Bailey Rd. To the South and Wedgewood Park to the West. Bailey’s Arbor features single-family homes as well as townhomes in an arboretum-themed neighborhood. Bailey’s Arbor residents have access to two pools, 7 & 1/2 miles of walking trails, a series of themed community gardens, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds, and many open spaces. Each neighborhood within Bailey’s Arbor has its own unique garden, which comes to 15 total. Every garden includes benches, educational signage, and seasonal plants. To cover the costs of the amenities and to keep the neighborhood values up, Bailey’s Arbor has a mandatory homeowner’s association. The cost for Single-family homes is $52/ mo and $244 to $337/mo for Townhomes depending on the style of the unit. The school district for Bailey’s Arbor is 833 or South Washington County and it is served by Liberty Ridge Elementary, Lake Middle, and East Ridge High school.
