People have asked for it and here it is - my opinion on some of the Skyrim weapons, as seen from a perspective of realistic historical sword fighting. This is of course just for entertainment, fortunately we don't have to fight battles to the death anymore in which we depend on the functionality of a well-made, sharp blade. Weird and nonsensical weapon designs in video games and other fantasy settings bug me though, as one of my pet peeves. And since a lot of people seem to like my rants on this topic, here we go: A few swords and axes from the Elder Scrolls V and what is wrong with them (also what the designers did right).
