We tested the harvesting capabilities of the Miners but we didn't test their offensive capabilities. Two of the three miners in Red Alert2 can not only defend themselves but in special occasions be a formidable force. The battle between the War Miner and the Slave Miner seemed to have a clear winner. The Slave Miner as tested before is with no doubt the most efficient miner. It's massive health also makes it one of the strongest, if not the strongest, unit in terms of survivability in the game. So, in their basic levels both Miners seem to have the same power but with the extra health the Salve miner is a clear winner. However, as the gain promotions the War Miner becomes stronger in power than the Slave Miner. The Slave Miner doesn't improve much while the War Miner has major improvements all around. In their elite promotions, both miners fire a cannon but with a huge difference in attack speed in favor of the War Miner.
