●Mac and Cheese with mince and Cawslaw(No-Oven) Mac and Cheese 1. Macaroni INGREDIENTS • Macaroni • Oil • Salt • Boiling water METHOD: • Boil water, then add it to a pot, add oil and a bit of salt. • Then add 500g macaroni and boil for 10-15 minutes. 2. Bull brand canned mince INGREDIENTS • Bull brand canned mince • Salt • 1 onion • 1 carrot • Tomato sauce • BBQ marinade METHOD: • Grate 1 carrot and chop 1 onion. • In a pan, add a bit of oil and fry some onion and carrots and add salt and spice. • Into the fried veggies add 1 full can of bull brand canned mince and then add some tomato sauce and bbq and mix everything. • Leave the mince simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Cheese sauce INGREDIENTS • Grated chaddar cheese • Flour • Milk • Butter • Salt METHOD: • Melt 4 tablespoons of butter inside a pot or sauce pan. • Add 2 heaped tablespoons of flour inside the melted butter and mix with whisk until it makes a paste texture. • Add milk slowly into paste and stir until it makes a thick sauce, once the sauce is thick add the grated cheese. The amount of sauce made depends on how much milk you add. • Once enough sauce has been made add the cooked pasta in sauce and mix them all together. • Pour the macaroni into the white sauce. 4. Assembling the mac and cheese METHOD: • To assemble the mac and cheese, you add a layer of macaroni, a layer of mince, and a layer of cheese. Do the process again until dish is full then add a layer of cheese on top. • Then place the mac and cheese dish into the microwave and heat up for 15 minutes until the cheese on top is melted. 5. Caw slaw INGREDIENTS • Cabbage • Carrots • Mayonnaise METHOD: • Finely chop up some cabbage. • Then grate 1 big carrot or any amount you prefer. • Add carrots into chopped up cabbage and add mayonnaise the mix everything up.
