In brief, it’s like you rotate the snare in the same way you rotate the endoscopic clip. It’s very interesting because we have been taught that we have simple snare and special snare like a rotatable snare that’s designed to help us in the difficult polyp. That’s why we normally assumed that the simple snare couldn’t be rotated. When I read in the brochure of the snare I used, there’s no description that it can be rotated or not. So I’ll try this technique in this case that the snare came out at poor angle. Let’s see if it works or not.
