Whether in a transaction or not, many of those questions just can't be honestly answered without some great communication and many times a short meeting. Having an honest agent that is strong enough to say “I don't have the answer right now but I can get it for you”, “Let's set an appointment to meet and I'll bring you the information you're looking for”, “Our companies policy is to give our customers the best possible information, to do that requires a little time on our behalf to study your property, the area, the market and then we can have a great meeting”. Please, please, keep this in mind, there are some amazing Part Time Realtors out there, and some are truly amazing!! That Realtor may have a great support network that makes them stand out. Don't discount the part time Realtors abilties, that might be the Realtor that gets your property Sold or gets you into the home you really wanted.
