In this video filmed in Australia in 2025, Master Dennis Wang and I practice the 15 movements of his art, Han Yang Ru Yi Gong - Medical Qigong. Through gentle, mindful motion, we turn inward and begin to feel the flow of Qi, also called Prana, Chi, Mana... Life energy :) We can feel it moving through the body, between the palms and at our feet. Focus is directed toward two key energy centers: the Laogong (in the center of the hands) and the Yongquan (in the soles of the feet). This practice takes just 10 minutes a day and offers powerful benefits: enhancing your Qi and vital force, deepening your ability to sense subtle energy within, calming the nervous system and mind, and leaving you both rested and revitalized. It promotes greater vitality, physical resilience, and inner clarity. Regular practice strengthens the immune system, supports healthy organ function, and help to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. On a mental and emotional level, as I like to make the distinction in my coaching sessions, Qigong is deeply calming. It will help you to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional tension, while promoting a grounded sense of inner peace and emotional balance. Over time, many of my students report improved sleep quality, mental focus, and a more stable, positive mood :) Spiritually, Qigong opens your door to a more connected and centered way of living that will help you to feel more present, intuitive, and in harmony with yourself and your surroundings. In only 10 minutes a day, this practice becomes a powerful tool for self-healing, energy cultivation, and holistic well-being. This is a follow-along video with no verbal instruction. If you'd like to dive deeper into each movement and learn their names and meanings, we recommend purchasing Master Dennis Wang’s course at themartialman.com If you're based in Australia or in the Pacific and want to explore this healing art further, feel free to connect via www.living-light.life Sending you all good Qi!
