Was influenced in the early nineties by artists like Vangelis and Kraftwerk. Chris da break's dj style has evolved over the years. He used to mix various techno forms like Detroit and UK techno. Between 1998 and 2000 Chris was enthralled by the funky rhythms brought to the dance floor by producers like Cristian Vogel, Si Begg, Neil Landstrumm and Tobias Schmidt. Nowdays Chris combines pounding, hard and hard groove techno with a bit of funk. Chris Da Breaks's career started in his home town where he played at local clubs and became resident at Rzeczywistosc club. He ran a radio show called Cyber Night on PSR radio. Later Chris renamed it to "Neurology" on radio ABC. The breaking point was in 1998 when New Music Art agency started to manage his bookings. In that year Chris was qualified to attend the Red Bull Music Academy. After that Chris was booked to many gigs across Poland. He played on Mayday Poland in 2000, 2001 and 2005, 2010. Creamfields in 2003, 2005 and at many other notable parties like Instytut Energetyki, Carnival, Książ, Soundtropolis, twice at Love Parade in Berlin. In 1999, 2000 and 2009 he performed a few times at Tresor Berlin Leipziger strasse. He played with following djs: Adam Beyer, Sven Vath, Juan Atkins, DJ Rush, DJ Hell, Cristian Vogel, Luke Slater, Dave Clarke, Eddie Flashin' Fowlkes, Chris Liebing, Neil Landstrumm, Surgeon, James Ruskin and many more. In 2002 Chris Da Break and friends set up a formation called Neuroshocked which made parties in their home town and arranges bookings across Poland. He run parties at the Sonar club and Laboratorium and became co-owner of the Neuron Club. In 2003 Chris Da Break started to compose his own music. His first track was released on Artsite label with OFFPOP entitled "Pad Fire Life". In 2005 Neuroshocked recordings was set up where Da Break is relasing techno music with many friends especially from UK acid techno scene like: Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. the Drummer, Cyber Steve, Alex Calver and also with big names like Eric Sneo and Redhead. After long break Chris Da Break is back with his favourite techno style."
