However, he noted the market's saturation and competitive pressures, particularly from Armenian growers who have significantly undercut prices. This influx has drastically reduced the price of marijuana, with a pound dropping from $3,200 to $1,000 in just two years. Ross also faced personal setbacks, including a loss of $700,000 after a theft at his intended grow operation site. Despite these challenges, Ross remains hopeful for future opportunities within the burgeoning cannabis industry.
