Hi guys, welcome to Episode 7 of China Chronicles, a short series of videos where I travel through several cities in China visiting friends and discovering new cities, food, and places. In this episode I visit Hefei, a capital city of Anhui Province. It's my first time here and we visited Jiuhua Shan (Jinhua Mountain), one of 4 sacred mountains in China and I also tried a few interesting dishes, like Stinky Mandarin Fish (徽菜), mala tofu, tofu soup, and tomato soup with meatballs.
