The Teaching Degree Apprenticeship provides a practical, funded route into teaching that enables schools to develop talent from within, while apprentices work and gain a salary. In this live online session, you will learn how the apprenticeship works in practice, how it supports workforce planning and retention, and what it means for your staff development strategy. You’ll hear directly from programme lecturers, employers, partners, and an apprentice currently on the programme, with the chance to ask questions throughout.
