Our toddler LOVES his National Geographic Animal Encyclopedia! He approaches each page enthusiastically, is curious what the animals are called and is expanding his vocabulary in the process. In our family, we are major nature documentary nerds! We love watching things like "Planet Earth," "Blue Planet," "The Hunt," and really, anything that David Attenborough narrates. Needless to say, when our Little Kayden took a big interest in his big brother's Animal Encyclopedia Book, we were rather excited. Thanks to their Uncle Shayne for getting this for Elias last year! Kayden will grab the book, sit down with it and spend upwards of an hour flipping through the pages. He gets so excited with certain animals pictured and I'm curious to see what this may develop into. Shout out to my animal nerds out there!
