Best Part: 1:23 to 2:25 and 3:42 to 4:58 - Score: 8,7/10 Dismember are certainly with Edge of Sanity and Entombed the pioneers of Swedish Death Metal. They recently reactive the band for at least an event with the original line up and I cross my fingers there will be more to come. They are brutal, raw, they bring diversity in their composition and they inject just enough uncanny melodies to make it very enjoyable. Their debut album in 1991 "Like an Everflowing Stream" is a masterpiece of old school Death Metal, I really appreciate the cohesive work between the brutality and the melodic side. "Dismembered" is a top song beginning with an outstanding intro. The worrying melody builds on drums for more than a minute before engaging a superb guitar solo which fades out and than everything just explodes with that so well placed scream along that mighty raw blast beat. Everything that follows is pure madness, heavy riff one after the other, deep guttural vocals and fast paced drumming. You get your break riff later just before the call "suffer a thousand deaths", that line is so perfect to start off the next scary guitar solo. They literally nailed it on this one.
