A massive thanks to NAMAS Adventure for making this life-changing expedition possible! They provided amazing support throughout the entire journey, and if you're looking to embark on your own adventure in Nepal, I highly recommend checking them out. You can find more info about the expeditions they offer on their website: Solo Lobuche East only: https://www.namasadventure.com/lobuch... Combo: https://www.namasadventure.com/lobuch... 3 Peak challenge: https://www.namasadventure.com/3-peak... In Part Two of my Lobuche East Expedition, I tackle the hardest part of this 19-day expedition: the final push to the summit. With zero climbing experience and barely any training, I set my sights on summiting this 6,000+ meter peak in the Everest region of Nepal. In case you missed part one - where I flew to Lukla, trekked to Namche Bazaar and the Everest View Point, and hiked up to Gokyo Ri - you can watch it here: 🛣️ What's in this video: Cho-La Pass - The video begins with crossing the Cho-La Pass (5,416m), a highly challenging section along the trail. At this point, my body is already showing signs of struggle, but I know I have to push through if I want to reach the top. Lobuche High Camp - After crossing Cho-La, we make our way to Lobuche High Camp, the last stop before the summit. The weather is unpredictable, and the forecast isn’t in our favor. Once we arrive, we have a training session, and I gather my strength for the toughest day yet—the summit push. Summit - The final push to Lobuche East at 6,119 meters. Battling altitude, fresh snow, and exhaustion, I face my fears and push through to reach the summit, a moment that marks the culmination of this first mountaineering adventure.
