YORKSHIRE DALES TOUR FEATURING BOLTON ABBEY, THE STRID, BARDEN TOWER AND BURNSALL "Bolton Abbey to Burnsall” Filmed 2nd November 2016 Post-production completed 18th February 2017 This is another film in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which this time takes me to the picturesque Wharfedale. I previously visited part of Wharfedale in my film “Wonders of Wharfedale” back in 2014, but on this occasion I explore the dale further downstream, specifically between Bolton Abbey and Burnsall, just as the title of the film says. Filmed in the Yorkshire Dales in the county of North Yorkshire. Locations include the village of Bolton Abbey and the estate of the same name, which include visits to the ruined priory, Cavendish Pavilion, The Strid and Barden Tower, before finishing up in the lovely village of Burnsall. Written, researched, directed, camera and sound, edited and music by Patrick Leach. Any other names credited in this film, i.e. Bob Morgan and Martin Roy, are pseudonyms, which I used at the time of making this film. However, I no longer use these pseudonyms as I want viewers to be clear that my films are completely my own work.
