Having shown the northernmost fjords of Europe in Norway in one of our sets, we decided that we also had to showcase the southernmost fjord of Europe — as well as the largest bay of the Adriatic: Boka – Kotor Bay. Especially since Montenegro had been attracting us with its unique beauty for a long time. We started planning the logistics three months in advance. Part of the team flew in so that some of the equipment could fit into one car, but in the end, we still had to transport everything ourselves using two vehicles — the necessary equipment simply wasn’t available on site. To capture the beauty from the sea, we hired a brand-new catamaran, as other types of vessels were less stable in the waves. After soaking in the extraordinary views of this incredibly beautiful place for a couple of days, we recorded a live set right during the voyage. The atmosphere was magical, and everyone agreed they wished the day would never end. Even people sailing by on boats and yachts danced and waved to us, enjoying our sound. Despite the weather changing every half hour — with pouring rain giving way to gentle sunshine — we managed to finish the job.
