Advance directives handed into the court 2. In her live in-court testimony stating who she wanted to be her guardian 3. She had a Trust with Synovus Bank and Trust that would pay all of her bills. The Trust manager Roger Brown stated in court that Ms. Franks should be in a Guardianship and that Doug Franks should not be the Guardian even though he had her advance directives that were in direct conflict with his testimony. Now It is believed that he was covering up a major breach of his fiduciary duty. 4. 4-hour cognitive test by a board-certified neurologist who stated that Ms. Franks wanted Douglas Franks to be her Guardian and that in the neurologists' opinion she was of sound mind and fully understood the ramification of her decision by selecting Douglas Franks. He also noted that she expressly stated in the interview she did not want Charles Franks Jr to be her guardian at all.
