Welcome to Cala Santanyí beach and let's explore its wonderful places together. Cala Santanyí is a holiday resort and beach located about 10 kilometers from the charming town of Santanyi on the south-east coast of Mallorca. Cala Santanyí beach is one of the most beautiful beaches near Santanyí and Felanitx in the southeast of the island of Mallorca.The 130 meter long beach is made up of fine white sand and the waters are clear and calm, ideal for families and good snorkelling. Cala Santanyí can be crowded in summer, it is a Blue Flag beach, which means its cleanliness and high ecological standards. Cala Santanyí is considered one of the TOP 20 best beaches in Mallorca. There are several small to mid-sized hotels on the beach as well as several restaurants offering good beach food, tapas, grilled fish and more. You can hire sunbeds and umbrellas at Cala Santanyí and there are several activities for hire, including paddle boats and canoes. There are showers and toilets on site. Cala Santanyí is especially popular with Germans, families and Spanish visitors. Pine and juniper trees grow along the low rocky cliffs that also surround this beach. There is a large, paid parking lot right at the entrance to the beach and also along the adjacent streets. A local bus runs here from the nearby resort of Cala d'Or. There are several beach bars and restaurants along the beach and in small side streets that offer good, family beach food. On Cala Santanyí beach, there are Hotel Pinos Playa, Hotel Apartamentos Cala Santanyí, Hostal Playa Cala Santanyi, Apartamentos Drac, Hostal Palmaria and others. For a more beach resort experience, you can visit Cala d'Or just 10-15 minutes away by car.
