My content short list will now include selling on eBay, backpacking, retirement, running, camping, hiking, ultra marathons, climbing 14ers, health & fitness after 70, YouTube, and more.....basically the challenges and adventures that I dream up along the way while I am looking for "IT". The name of the channel is "The Gain Cave" because I believe that, whenever I push myself a bit out of my comfort zone physically or mentally, I "GAIN" from that experience and I will not have to "CAVE" into a life without "IT" .
