Farming Guild Only Area Restricted Account! Can I get 99 Farming Only in the Farming Guild? [OSRS]

Hey guys. My favorite part of the kebos lowland update is the farming guild. When the update was released I wondered if it was possible to have a self sustaining account just in the farming guild. Unlike other skill guilds, the farming guild has everything you need to train to 99 farming. It has a tool shop, a seed shop and pretty much every patch in the game. That combined with masters farmers makes it possible to obtain almost all of the seeds in the game. So I want to make a new account level it to 45 farming, 38 thieving and 3 herblore. From there I am never going to leave the farming guild. I should slowly be able to progress through the 3 tiers of the farming guild, and eventually get 99 farming.
