Introspection is the key to truly understanding one’s mental and emotional processes. When done with the correct methods, this understanding can be implemented into our lives, causing us to make less regretful decisions. Introspection can also play a key role in gaining better control over the mind so it can be used to achieve our goals. In this talk, we will look at the method of introspection that Kartikey found successful and see how we can start our journey today! Kartikey is a Sixteen-year-old junior attending Chelmsford High School. He is currently the president of the Investments Club and is highly interested in pursuing a career in finance.
