Mexican Lager is one of my most requested grain to glass brews: Having just got my hands on some Imperial L09 Que Bueno Mexican Lager yeast, it was time to brew it! This beer style is awesome, it draws its heritage form the Vienna Lager, but uses North American barley malt and corn. Even though I used my Clawhammer system here, you don't need it to make this beer!
