We present a case of a 35 y/o that 2 months after a normal delivery on an ultrasound a suspicious image of retained products of conception (RPOC) was seen. No breastfeeding. She was referred to our unit where an office #hysteroscopy without anesthesia was performed. We found many adhesions in the isthmus and the middle third of the uterine body that were closing the way into the cavity, and RPOC. First step was to open the cavity and restore anatomy, and then to free the piece of the placenta. We performed it in 2 steps due to procedure time in order to avoid an increase of the level of discomfort. Second step was performed 3 weeks after the first procedure, immediately after the menstruation. No adhesions and only a small piece of residual tissue was still on the right lateral wall. It took 5 minutes to finished the second step.
