Gymnast and London 2012 hopeful, Lizzie Beddoe, is one of Wales' first athletes to utilise the Sport Wales Institute's newly installed, state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool. The elite performance function of Sport Wales, the Institute provides athletes in Wales with a network of facilities and providers to help deliver success at the highest level; and this new facility housed at the Sport Wales National Centre will aid the rehabilitation process for athletes on their return from injury.
