Stakeholders at different levels of an organization approach InnerSource adoption differently. We will look at the different types of incentives that can be used to drive effective and sustained InnerSource adoption at different levels of an organization. I will share what I have learned while building incentive programs at different organizations. Not all incentives are created equal and monetary incentives are often not the most effective drivers of change! Every person is motivated by something different.
