What is the perfect method feeder setup for winter? | Winter fishing tips with Nick Speed

When fishing in the harder colder months, the best results come from simple, reliable setups that let the angler focus on precision and swim management. In this video, Nick Speed explains what setups he fully trusts and recommend using. Like a big majority of anglers that fish commercial lakes also for Nick the number one choice is a 10ft feeder and in this case the Aero X7 Precision Feeder in combination with compact 5000 size Aero XR reel for maximum versatility. The 10ft length gives him the perfect blend of casting accuracy, fish playing control and power in the butt, so he can target everything from small F1s and skimmers to bigger commercial carp without changing rods. The slightly larger spool of the C5000 helps him reach those further chucks when needed, without stepping up to an 11ft rod.
