What happens when the bond with our mothers is broken or painful? Join author and coach Moshitadi Lehlomela and Nozibele on ‘Don’t Hold Back’ as they explore the complex Mother Wound — its impact, the myths, and the transformative path to healing and self-mothering. This is a conversation for anyone ready to reclaim their strength and grace. About Moshitadi Lehlomela Moshitadi Lehlomela is a South African mother wound recovery coach, writer, speaker, and entrepreneur. She is best known for her memoir and resource book "The Girl Who Survived Her Mother," where she candidly details her torturous and complex relationship with her mother and the intergenerational trauma in her family. Transitioning from a career as a civil engineering technician, Moshitadi now dedicates her work to helping women worldwide heal from deep emotional wounds rooted in maternal relationships. Through coaching, writing, and public speaking, she empowers women to love themselves beyond pain, embrace resilience, and break cycles of generational hurt.
