I wanted to create a healing experience that was just about gentle, loving eye gazing. If you struggle with receiving eye contact from other people, I hope this helps you like it's helped me. There is no talking in this ASMR experience, but I do incorporate gentle light touching triggers (and some calming sleep triggers) to help you stay engaged and learn how to practice eye contact as well as receive loving eye contact and loving attention from others.
