Mike survived a boating violent collision with a huge whale. Luckily after hours of surguries and passing in and out of the light he lived. His biggest challenges lay ahead of him. Not only physically, mentally and spiritally but his medical expences that are not covered by medical or privite insurence. He needs your help. He has on a brave face, a I'm ok smile and an attitude of gratitude to be alive, but he is not ok. He's dealing with fractures and over 80 broken bones including T2 & T3 fractures, both scapula's broken and the muscles torn away, most of he ribs were crushed and broken. He also has injuries to his spinal cord, brain and lungs. He is now a paraplegic and is still faced with more surgeries upcoming. His daily regimine of medications for intolerable pain to correct everything from blood clots, nerve pains, sleep deprivation and muscle spasms are NOT all covered. The expences keep mounting daily, Mike needs our help now!Please donate today. Every dollar collected for Mike will only be used for medical equipment needed (eg: wheel chair, lift equipment etc.), medications and aid not covered by BC medical. We all know Mike has raised funds and donated to help others his whole life, as a matter of fact he helped with the gym equipment at GF Strong, in the past- where he is currently at this moment.
