Today, we'll be taking a look at the Power Built Unijack with an 18-3/8 inch lift at 4,000 pounds, part no. ALL-620470. The hydraulic unijack lifts your vehicle and locks into place so you know it's secure. It's perfect for cars, trucks, SUVs, and even trailers. It features a wide base which provides more stability for lifting heavy loads. It has a lift range between 8-5/8 and 18-3/8 inches, and the whole thing has a 4,000-pound weight capacity. Now that we've gone over some of the features, I'll go ahead and show you how it works. Before using the jack, it's a good idea to chock your wheels. We're jacking up the back, so we're chocking the front. You want to consult your owner's manual to see if you have a unibody. If you do, it will tell you a specific location where to place your jack. If you don't, like my F-150 here, then you can go ahead and place it underneath the rear axle. Now, I'm going to place my jack in this location right here. I want it as far out from the center as possible. Let's go ahead and remove the handle. Just pull it straight up. We're going to line the saddle up with the location that I showed you. Next thing we want to do is go ahead and pull the locking pin out. This is going to allow us to raise our saddle up to where it needs to be. We want to make sure to have it all the way up as far as it will go to where we can stick the pin back in. As you can see, I'm all the way up. It's not going in there. Let's go ahead and lower it back down, align those holes, push it all the way in till it clips into place. Now we're just about ready to start jacking the truck up. We need to make sure that our release valve is all the way tightened to the right. That's going to be this here. Then we'll come over to our locking lever and push that down to engage it. Now we'll replace our handle into the yoke here. Then we can start jacking it up. While jacking the truck up, you'll see the locking lever click into place. What that's doing is it's ensuring that if the jack we're to fail, it's not going to slide all the way down and cause an accident. As you can see, we've got the tire jacked up off the ground, and there's no reason to jack it up any more than you need to get the tire off. Now would be a good time to go ahead and take the tire off and put your new one on. We're ready to lower our jack back down. First the thing we need to do, go ahead and release our locking lever like that. Then we can grab our handle and come down to our release valve and turn it to the left. We can use our handle to do so, but you'll need to do it very slowly. Once you get it on there, give it a nice easy turn, very slowly, and you'll notice the jack start to come down. It's going to take the pressure off the saddle, and we can push it down the rest of the way. That's going to complete our look at the Power Built Unijack with an 18-3/8 lift at 4,000 pounds, part no. ALL-620470. .
