(UK) or http://vivolifeeu.refr.cc/hannea (EU)) ⭐️ Several cubes dark chocolate ⭐️ 1 Tsp coconut oil ⭐️ 1 Tbs peanut butter Blend the banana with cocoa powder and protein powder Spoon the mixture into a ramekin or mug. Spoon peanut butter into the center and cover with more of the mixture Melt your chocolate (not much is needed, just enough to cover) in the microwave with 1 tsp coconut oil. Spoon over the top of the mixture and then put the ramekin in the fridge for 1+ hours to cool down 🥩 SEITAN 'STEAKS' RECIPE: ⭐️ 400 g cooked mung beans (or lentils) ⭐️ 200 g wheat gluten ⭐️ 100-200 g breadcrumbs ⭐️ 100 g water/veg stock ⭐️ Soy sauce, liquid smoke, spices Cook mung beans and mash with a potato masher. Add wheat gluen and breadcrumbs and knead for a few minutes until well combined. Add the other ingredients, kneading until well combined and slightly wet. You can also use a food processor for this step.
