NVIA Bulk SMS Panel: Quality Routes Module - Map, Countries, MCC/MNC Performance

The Quality Routes module in the Envia panel is an exclusive feature designed to show real-time route quality using current average submit and delivery time, helping optimize decision-making for messaging performance. It is organized into three sections: Map, Countries, and MCC/MNC. In the Map section, delivery performance is visualized per destination so you can compare average times on the map and spot anomalies before they escalate. The same information shown on the map is also available in a table format, including the number of SMS submitted, delivered, and the average (delivery) time. For a more detailed view, you can select a destination (example shown: Mexico) to open a comprehensive graph of submitted and delivered messages, with an additional data table below for further analysis. The data in this section can be exported and saved. In the Countries section, you compare delivery statistics per destination and supplier, using filters to focus the results (example shown: using “yesterday” for Mexico). The report shows how many messages were terminated, how many were delivered, and the average delivery time, and clicking a result opens a comprehensive bar graph with the supporting table below. In the MCC/MNC section, the same type of analysis is provided with a focus on operator-level performance. This view compares averages per MCC/MNC and can be exported for routing and finance teams when needed. The video demonstrates an example for yesterday’s traffic to Mexico on the Telcel network, showing message volumes and delivery-time distribution, with most messages delivered within 15 seconds as shown on the bar graph.
