Saving Rwanda's Wild||Official Trailer

In 2015, the Rwanda Wildlife Conservation Association (RWCA), in collaboration with the Government of Rwanda, began protecting grey crowned cranes; rescuing them from captivity, stopping the illegal trade, and restoring their wetland habitats. Thanks to these collective efforts, their population has grown from fewer than 300 to more than 1,200 cranes. Today, no cranes remain in captivity in Rwanda. Over the past decade, our mission has expanded beyond crane conservation to protecting wildlife across Rwanda and cross-border regions with Uganda, Tanzania, and Burundi. We have also focused on empowering communities to become conservation champions, inspiring the next generation of conservationists, restoring critical ecosystems and treating wildlife through veterinary interventions. As we celebrate 10 Years, we have produced this film to give you a glimpse of what RWCA have achieved over the past decade. WATCH THE TRAILER
