It is said that the body is made of 7 "layers" of energy, each layer corresponding to one of the chakras. They often go by varying names but I know them as follows: Physical Body - Root Chakra Etheric Body - Sacral Chakra Emotional Body - Solar Plexus chakra Mental Body - Heart Chakra Astral Body - Throat Chakra Etheric Template Body - Third Eye Chakra Celestial Body - Crown Chakra 💫 It is believed these layers exist on many different planes or dimensions including: The Physical Dimension The Astral Dimension The Spiritual Dimension 💫 I’ve designed this sound bath to bond, balance, and clear the layers of your auric body, individually while also tapping in to each of the dimensions they inhabit.
