In Azure devops, upload TF files on GIT Repo. 2. Make changes to the files and understand the same. 3. Create service connection for - GCP for Terraform 4. Add terraform extensions to the organization (you can get that from marketplace of Azure). This is in organization settings 5. Create a build Pipeline involving 4 terraform tasks. Make it CI 6.
